This Policy should be read in conjunction with the Acceptable Use Policy for LiveoManage.

Each action performed (e.g., awarding a tender) is timestamped and tied to a unique user identity to prevent unauthorized or fraudulent activity. 6.2 Security Measures: We employ industry-standard encryption and organizational measures to protect professional and resident data from unauthorized access or alteration.

WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT & DATA ACCESS 7.1 You may request access to or correction of your professional Personal Data by contacting our DPO. 7.2 Note on Withdrawal: Due to the statutory requirements of the BMSMA and the need for a permanent audit trail in estate management, certain data (such as records of financial approvals or signed contracts) may not be deleted even after you cease using the Platform, as they form part of the MCST's official records.
